MICA / Nature Companion
I created MICA as a fictional museum companion that encourages visitors to slow down and notice small things. The project connects an expressive character to simple observation activities.

The challenge
I wanted a mascot that could guide attention without overwhelming the subject. It needed to feel approachable across ages and remain distinctive on a card, a booklet and a large wall.
The idea
“Look a little closer” became the organizing invitation. MICA is a stylized lizard with a spiral tail and a leaf-shaped flank. Its activities—Look, Listen and Wonder—turn curiosity into a small set of repeatable visual prompts.
